Any behavior that disrupts the serenity of this space or infringes on the rights of other grieving individuals is strictly prohibited.

Your privacy is handled with divine sensitivity. We collect only the information necessary to provide our remembrance services and keep your pet's memory close. We employ rigorous security protocols to ensure your data remains confidential and is never shared with third parties for commercial use without your explicit consent.
4. Nature of Service
Rainbow Whispers provides emotional support and remembrance services. We are not a medical, therapeutic, or counselling provider. Our services are not a substitute for professional mental health or bereavement support.
5. Bookings & Availability
Requests for services such as “Quiet Moments” are subject to availability. While we aim to respond promptly, we cannot guarantee immediate availability. If you need urgent support, please seek assistance from a qualified professional or support service.
6. Digital Products
All downloadable materials (including guides and audio) are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Rainbow Whispers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or services.
8. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and fulfill orders such as your name, email address and postal address. Your information is kept confidential and is never sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to process payments, deliver orders or where required by law.
9. Delivery and Dispatch
We aim to dispatch physical orders within three to five working days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on postal services, destination, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our control. Rainbow Whispers cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once an item has been dispatched.
10. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable items are final and non-refundable. Personalised or made-to-order items are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. For non-personalised physical products, returns may be requested in line with applicable UK Consumer Law. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, please contact us within seven days of delivery so we can review the issue and where appropriate offer a replacement or exchange. Rainbow Whispers reserves the right to decline refund requests where items have been used, damaged after delivery or returned in a condition that is not resellable.
